Occupational Health Provision
This study explores how the health of people in the workplace can be improved and maintained. A large part of this research has involved identifying and evaluating Occupational Health strategies aimed at maintaining the health and workability of employees. The survey for this work package achieved a total of 1141 responses. Some findings from this work package were presented at the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology Conference, 2012 and the full findings are being prepared for 2 journal submissions.
